RATES LISTED BELOW ARE FOR THE 2025-2026 SEASON
PLEASE NOTE***Booking a trip with any overnight stay requires a minimum of 10 shooting guests to a maximum of 16 total guests. For any trip booked with an overnight stay with less than 10 shooting guests rates will be adjusted to meet our requirement. All bookings reserve our facilities exclusively.

Our facilities can accommodate up to 16 guests.
Our rates include your hunting and lodging with applicable meals, bar and refreshments. Rates also include ALL BIRDS KILLED DURING YOUR HUNT(S) AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE (NO EXTRA BIRD CHARGES) also cleaning and packaging of birds.*
Over/Under Beretta 20ga shotguns are available if needed at no charge.
Trip Rates*
Trip One:
One Full Day or Split Day of hunting with one night lodging (to include guide, dogs, jeeps, all birds killed including cleaning and packaging and all applicable meals (arrival lunch available upon request/if needed for additional charge), bar and refreshments).... $1800.00 Per Guest (plus tax)
Trip Two:
One Full Day and One Half Day of hunting with two nights lodging (to include guide, dogs, jeeps, all birds killed including cleaning and packaging and all applicable meals (arrival lunch available upon request/if needed for additional charge), bar and refreshments).... $2800.00 Per Guest (plus tax)

Trip Three:
Two Full Days or Two Split Days of hunting with two nights lodging (to include guide, dogs, jeeps, all birds killed including cleaning and packaging and all applicable meals (arrival lunch available upon request/if needed for additional charge), bar and refreshments).... $3350.00 Per Guest (plus tax)
NOTE:
An additional night may be added to a Trip Three for an additional $450.00 Per Guest (plus tax)

Disclosures, Terms, Conditions and Cancellations
Bookings are secured by a non-refundable deposit of 50% at time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Participants and/or host will be responsible for meeting the rate requirement of the booking. Rates will be adjusted based on participant requirement. 1.5% will be added to invoices over 45 days old. As our work begins long before you and your party arrive to ensure "The Ultimate Quail Hunting Experience", and the exclusiveness that our guests have come to enjoy, all cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged and expected to pay the rate for the number of guests booked at time of booking. Additional guests can be added to an original booking, and we recommend that they be added no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Any part of a days hunting in a 24 hour period is considered a full day. No refunds will be given unless a replacement party is found. Receipt of deposit and/or balance payment is acknowledgment that the registrant has read and accepts the deposit, cancellation, and refund policies and all responsibility for their booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
